There's a rumour going around social media (particularly in the Class of 2018 Facebook group) that classes have been cancelled for today, January 16. We're terribly sorry to burst your bubble -- especially if you've already slept through your first class or two -- but all classes are in session today, except for students in the Teacher Education Program for a "pre-practicum contact day".
This, of course, doesn't apply if your professor has told you that your class has been cancelled today. But unless you've heard something official from the university or your professor via email or Connect, or your syllabus says so, you should be going to class. Cheer up, though -- it's still Friday!
