Voter turnout matters — and to prove it to you, the AMS is enticing students with free ice cream sundaes! Democracy has never been so sweet.

This Saturday, April 29 from noon to 2 p.m., early voting for the provincial elections is happening in the Nest. After you cast your ballot, head outside to the front of the building for your tasty treat.

There have been a number of ice cream-related events on campus within recent memory. But while this might not be a free two ounces Rain or Shine ice cream, a sundae is available to anyone really — voting or not — while supplies last.

The lines were hours long during the federal election more than a year ago, so be sure to get there early!

If you can't make the event and vote early, find your voting location in your electoral district here for elections day on May 9.
