An ancient practice, for a modern age. Reduce stress and boost GPA at the same time! Join our 3-hour exercise session. Over the duration of the session, you will learn all 5 sets Falun Gong exercises, including sitting meditation, and experience the benefits of meditation. We’ll be doing exercise the whole 3 hours, so feel free to drop in anytime! Refreshments will be provided.
