Are you sacrificing your health for work? Burnout is becoming a severe issue in both the work force and in academia. Recent research shows that student burnout can predict work burnout. How do we take better care of ourselves? How do we juggle everything on our plate? How do we recover from and overcome burnout? Join us in this conversation and learn new tools from a panel of folks who have gone through it. Students + non-students, all are welcome.
